Baby Micro Cauliflower Brassica oleracea

Perfectly sized for growing in small containers, Baby is the most petite and quickest cauliflower you can grow. The compact, rounded curd is cradled by tender green leaves which are also edible. This variety is ideal for high density plantings where the crop time from young plant to salable product is 40 days. Once the curd is ready, the plant can continue to be grown in a pot indoors for at least 10 days before harvesting.
